Out of the shadows, comes that man Black Classical again with another jazz mix. We call it ‘jazz’ but as you may know by now his style truly transcends what most would call a ‘jazz mix’. What you get here is an oft challenging, sweeping selection of modality, spirituality and percussive rhythms underpinned by high tempo grooves that keep things moving in the right direction. This man is deep. Just check the tracklist for proof of that and for further notes on the records from the man himself check below. There really isn’t anything else we can say. If you endeavor you will be rewarded. For more Black Classical goodness, check his M4L-FunCt10n’D Mixcloud, our own archives here and, also, his work over at the most excellent Word is Bond website. Thanks for listening, and if you dig, make sure to make some noise in the comments section.
